Water helps your body to maintain your muscle tone by helping muscles contract. Water also lubricates your joints and can help reduce muscle soreness and pain in the joints during weight loss exercising.
The last point is that burning calories and belly fat creates toxins in your body that drinking a lot water will work to flush those toxins out of your body.
