So You Are Here To Learn About Ways To Lose Body Fat.
First of all I want to inform you that I do not have a magic pill or diet or exercise program that will remove fat without a commitment from you to set personal long-term goals to lose body fat.
I would challenge you to hang around on this page and read my story. When I was about 23 years old and marriage to my lovely wife for 3 years I found that I had gained about 30 pounds and it showed as body fat around my mid section. I looked around and saw a number of my friends and others that had what some people called a beer belly.
At that time in my life I made a commitment to myself and my wife and set the goal that I would never have a beer belly nor would I have a waist larger than 34 inches. You see my waist at that time was moving toward 37 inches.
So for the next 40 years I did the following four simple things to continue to meet my goal.
- I reduced the amount of fat I ate, reduced sugar intake, and consumed more healthier foods such as fruits and vegetable.
- I developed a personal daily home fitness program and exercised every day.
- I continually thought about my goal and maintained a picture in my mind of how I wanted to look in the mirror.
- Followed my diet daily, implemented the daily fitness program, and weighed myself everyday on the bedroom scale.
So I bet you want to know if I met my overall goal for all those years. Yes, I have. Once I got my weight down to 165 pounds and my waist down to 34 inches I began to think about what will I have to do to maintain this for the rest of my life.
Well for the last forty years I have continued with my healthier diet and the daily fitness program. Yes, I exercise everyday with a concentration on the core section of my body.
I do not know your specific body fat situation but I can tell you that losing body fat is all about setting your goals and staying focus for the long haul.
