The quest to lose weight or burn fat seems as a daunting task for many people. It may lead to desperation, which may see many engage in risky ways of achieving their weight lose goals. However, this can be done with ease using some of the simple yet basic principles that require little effort. These are the hints that I have given many of the clients that have come to me seeking quick effectively weight lose solution.
The effectiveness of the tips has even baffled me. I have passed it to many clients who have viewed them as a new way of losing fat that they also proclaimed to make a quick difference of losing around 10 pounds. They may come across as sophisticated mysterious hi-tech methods but they are not. They are basic principles that I know and assure will be a success. These include:
1. Eat less white foods. Cereal products and snacks, white bread and pastries are some of the foods that you should consider excluding in your diet. You need to eat white foods such as white meats (fish and chicken), or cauliflower and avoid white foods like rice, potatoes and potatoes products, maize meals, processed milk, and flour.
2. No high sugar, high calorie foods, and drinks. You should avoid all sodas and drinks that have artificial sweeteners, high sugar, and calorie count. Avoiding coffee also will do you good, and even the creamer. My goal in this is to see you taken enough water that is equal to half your body weight. Simple math, if you weight 280 pounds you should consume 140 ounces of water per day. It will help support your fat loss process.
3. Eat less wheat-based foods. Even the said whole-wheat health foods are big NO NO in some weight lost books. Make sure you check the ingredients and avoid all foods that has wheat in it.
I feel with these simple easy rules that you can stick to and follow. They will demand you to make only minor changes in your eating habits, changes that you will find to be simple once you set out to make them. Stick to this three rules and I assure you that you will see notable changes in just a few weeks.
Another thing you should do is eat healthy fat foods such as Avocados, eggs, olive oil, nuts, and fatty fish. In fact, these fat foods are actually good for your health.
