People that are naturally lean will see results of workouts quicker than those that are carrying fat around the mid section. The reason is that the ab muscles that you are building through the crunches are really hidden under the body fat. So those of us that have body fat have to reduce the body fat to reveal those defined abs and trim waistline.
So Bryant recommends that instead of doing those crunches every day you want to change your routine to every other day and start doing aerobic exercises, which will burn more calories to speed up trimming your waistline. Secondly, you want to adjust your easy weight loss program to limit your intake of processed foods and add more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and low-fat dairy foods.
